At Wellnessglow, we ship orders worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country, shipping method, customs processing, and the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–14 business days

• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

• Europe: 7–14 business days

• Other destinations: approximately 15–35 business days

These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates. Some destinations may require additional time due to customs, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, we will provide the tracking information associated with your order.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Incorrect Address

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
